As an upcoming CNA you will need to receive numerous amounts of training to be certified now with this requirement you will have to spend a large amount of your time in a classroom learning more to be able to advance and get closer to becoming a CNA. But with todays world advancing so much you do have other options such as taking your CNA classes online. But
remember what they say if you decide to take the simple path you might have a few more risks. There have been many cases where many students face issues with training online and this is the main issue I would like to talk about today and I hope I can give you some advice to not face any of these issues.
Positives
A few positives about attending classes online are the amount of time you save. If you add up how long it takes you everyday to reach your training area you will find that you are saving yourself a large amount of time. But if you were to attend classes online you will not only be able to take them from the comfort of your own home but you will also have more time to do more of what you love to do through out the rest of the day. This all sounds great but there are also some risk, which you should go through before you make your last decision.
Risks
The positives sound great who wouldn’t love to take their classes online from their bedroom and never have to leave their home right? Well there are also some dangers that you should know about. Sometimes there are fake scammer sites created to make you believe you are attending classes but in reality you are paying
for trash that’s copied from other fake websites and given to you. In the end when you finally complete all the classes and you print your certificate if you go to a school to have them check it they will tell you it’s a fake. Imagine how it would feel if after hours of training you find out it was all for nothing. This type of case occurs to many people everyday and unfortunately there isn’t much we can do about it but
stay away from these kinds of websites.
Another case which happens a lot is the website in which you applied for and already paid for goes offline. These scammers only collect a certain amount of money then close down everything so you can’t find them again.
My Suggestions
My personal suggestion is to do your research in everything you plan to pay for and spend most of your valuable time on. Yes I understand there are many dangers in the world today especially in education which is very unfortunate but if you gain as much information on where you plan to attend you will be able to get a clear view on if the site or location is a scam or legit. You could also take some recommendations meaning only join places you were recommended by from a friend who is already in a medical position or a website such as one who wrote about lets say cna classes in memphis. Also remember just because there are many risks on taking classes online it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t join them. This is a great addition to the way we all learn especially for those who don’t have a method of transportation yet but remember to always be careful and chose only legit quality classes.
